I asked about the possibility of me paying the extra cost and was told no. I asked if I went and purchased a 50 gal and delivered it to the site and was told they couldn't give me a home 1 year warranty on it. I feel this is a unacceptable way to do business. A 50 gal hot water upgrade seems very reasonable at this phases of the building process. There are no pros to working at JTB Homes except occasional free food and catered lunches.
